Payment Methods:
Visa, Mastercard. Your credit
card will not be charged until the order is
shipped. We also accept checks and money orders
when sent with your order by postal mail.
On-Line and Phone Orders:
All items ordered online or by
phone will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Backordered Items:
All backordered items are clearly identified in
the description. Backordered items will ship to
you as soon as we get them at the normal
shipping charge for that order (no additional
charge for a second shipment).

Return Policy

with any purchase you make from us.

Opened
Packages:
We do not accept any opened packages
unless they are damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, this is necessary due to the
nature of these products and piracy
concerns. See instructions for returning
damaged or defective packages below.

Unopened Packages:
We accept unopened items within 30 days of
receipt of your order, no questions asked.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Make
sure you enclose the packing slip and return
it using an insured and/or traceable
service. Refund will be made in the form of
the original payment method.

Opened (defective) Packages:
We accept opened items that are defective
within 30 days of receipt. Return the item
including a complete description of the
defect/damage. Make sure you enclose the
packing slip and return it using an insured
and/or traceable service. Once the product
is confirmed to be defective we will send
out a new replacement at no additional charge. Refunds will be in
the form of the original payment method.

Returns after 30 days:
We do not accept any merchandise post marked
30 days after the date of delivery. Date of
delivery is determined by the delivery
confirmation. All packages shipped from
Fitness Revolution are sent with delivery
confirmation through United States Postal
Service.
